Project opportunity: Obtaining space in a promising area in Dubai.

Method: After analysing the growth of the city of Dubai, to find a high-quality area which was under-priced but that would harvest the future growth of the city . Over the last decade Dubai has experienced significant changes, as substancial construction projects have been planned and, while some have been cancelled, many have come to completion. After identifying the area of JBR Dubai Marina, Signallia advised the acquisition of several floors of a tower.
